What if a customer purchases the product but has the installation done by others?
If a customer purchases only the product from us and has the installation done by another party, we will not provide a 3-year on-site warranty. This is due to our experience with external installers who may improperly install our TV brackets, leading to problems. We offer a 1-to-1 exchange if the customer finds defects in the set within 7 days of purchase.
What happens if an accident is caused by the TV bracket & installation service from TVbracket.sg?
If an accident occurs due to our TV bracket & installation service, TVbracket.sg will take full responsibility under the on-site warranty. We will compensate with a new TV of a brand and model selected by our company.
What is the charge for unnecessary travel due to customer actions?
If our team is required to make a trip that turns out to be unnecessary due to circumstances caused by the customer, such as a missed appointment or lack of access to the installation site, a fee of $60 will be charged to cover transport costs as part of our on-site warranty service.
What does this warranty not cover?
The on-site warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use, alterations, unauthorized repairs, accidents not caused by our service, natural disasters, or wear & tear issues.
What should a customer do if an accident happens?
In the event of an accident, the customer should not make any adjustments to the site condition. The TVbracket.sg team will send a service team to conduct an on-site investigation. Any adjustments made to the site before our team’s assessment may void the warranty.
How do I get service under this warranty?
To obtain service under this on-site warranty, you must contact the TVbracket.sg team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Is this warranty transferable?
No, this on-site warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the TV bracket installation service.
