We need to thank our technical  team for their quick responses that they are able to rectify the issue that the customer had.

The feature wall has additional structure which the customer existing tv bracket being not able to mount, but customer’s willingness to accept our proposal using the Heavy duty full motion mount tv bracket had solved their issue permanently and able bring them more convience in maintenance due to the moveable function of our tv bracket.
